Are you in search of a dental office? Well, look no further, as we are accepting new patients and would be more than happy to address your dental needs.
For new patients who are not experiencing a dental emergency, we would love to have you come in for a comprehensive oral exam, x rays and a dental cleaning.
Here at Hometown Dental we strive to see people in a timely manner. If you are a new patient, we are prompt in getting you on the schedule.

Here are some things to expect for your first visit with us.
New patient paperwork
Feel free to download the paperwork below. You can print it, fill it out, and bring it along with you for your first visit.
Dental Insurance
If you have dental insurance, please be sure to bring your insurance card with you.
We are providers for Delta Dental, BCBS, Cigna, and Wyoming Medicaid. However, we do accept most dental insurances, so please don't hesitate to call us with any questions you have.
Form of Payment
Please keep in mind, payment is due at the time of service. For those with dental insurance, please be aware that some procedures require a coinsurance, copay or deductible that we will collect at time of service. Payment plans are not offered at this time.
